About the Show
A story of striving for ideals. Danny, gifted with musical talent, becomes a popular singer-songwriter upon debut. Leslie, initially met with indifference, eventually becomes a star adored by thousands of fans. Paul accidentally becomes a DJ. However, at the peak of their careers, troubles arise... Paul's opportunistic ways lead to heavy gambling debts, Danny, lacking inspiration for composing, becomes addicted to 'substances', and Leslie suffers from depression.
The story, through the personal experiences of the three protagonists, highlights issues like emotions and drug abuse faced by today's youth. The theme is inspirational, promoting the spirit of courageously facing adversity and difficulties. Notably, the entire play is woven with over 40 classic hits by Leslie Cheung and Danny Chan, allowing the audience to reminisce about the glorious era of Hong Kong's music scene.
