About the Campaign

Facing loss and pain, some people always bear it alone, choosing to hide their emotions and pretend everything is fine in life. In fact, the support and companionship of those around them are extremely important. We need your strength!

How to Participate

• We will publish them anonymously on online platforms to cheer up people with low spirits!

We are the Caritas Macau Kai Fai Life Education Resource Centre, working on suicide prevention. Please pay attention to and care for people around you who are at risk of suicide. If needed, our centre is happy to listen to your thoughts and provide you with professional advice!
