Bianjing Teahouse and Oden Workshop sincerely present a 'Chasing the Moon' Shakuhachi (Tangkou Xiao) Concert and Tea Party.
On the night after the Mid-Autumn Festival, immerse yourself in a unique musical experience. Enjoy famous Studio Ghibli soundtracks like 'Castle in the Sky,' 'Spirited Away,' and 'My Neighbor Totoro,' as well as nostalgic pop songs such as 'Blue and White Porcelain,' 'Chrysanthemum Terrace,' 'Fireworks Cool Easily,' and 'Heart Painting,' all performed on the ancient and elegant shakuhachi.
This is the first collaboration between Bianjing Teahouse and Oden Workshop, bringing a subtle fusion of food, music, and tea for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Guests can first enjoy a warm bowl of soup and comforting dishes at the Oden Workshop, then relax on tatami mats at Bianjing Teahouse, sipping tea, tasting Japanese sweets (wagashi), and listening to the serene melodies of the shakuhachi.
The shakuhachi is a wind instrument originating from the Tang Dynasty, known for its profound and vast tone. Although it was gradually forgotten in China, it was preserved in Japan and became one of the representative classical Japanese instruments. But who says such an instrument must be serious?
Participants can exchange their concert receipt for food at the Oden Workshop between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM on the event day. The Oden Workshop's last food service is at 7:30 PM. After enjoying the oden, participants can proceed to Bianjing Teahouse for the concert and tea party. Seating is unassigned.

Important Note: The MOP 57 Oden special set meal is only valid for use on the event day between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. No alternative arrangements will be made for latecomers, and the set meal will be forfeited.
