A guided tour centered on Macao's unique "characters" that blend Chinese and Western cultural features. Participants will explore characteristic old shops, signboard typography, Western-style buildings, and foreign-language stone tablets along the way. The experience is enhanced with Augmented Reality (AR) technology to recreate vanished signboards, offering a glimpse into Macao's bygone era. Participants can also join a series of character-themed workshops to uncover the stories behind Macao.
Workshops include Character Travelogue (Movable Type Printing & Calligraphy Art Experience), Aesthetic of Characters on Ancient Maps, and Your Mini Macao Kai Signboard.
