1. Introduction to Tea Ceremony Experience

  • Introduction and application of tea utensils: Gaiwan and Yixing teapot
  • Tea brewing techniques

2. Plum Blossom in Snow (Chinese Painting)

• Instructor: Wong Yuk Ling

• Content:
  • Introduction to traditional Chinese painting
  • Basic techniques and pigment usage in Chinese painting
  • Painting techniques for plum blossom, one of the 'Four Gentlemen' in traditional flower painting
  • Hands-on Chinese painting experience with on-site instructor guidance
  • Tea brewing demonstration
  • Tasting of premium tea: Guangxi Liubao Tea

3. Introduction to Tea Tasting - Phoenix Dancong

  • The six major tea categories classified by processing methods
  • Characteristics of Oolong tea
  • History, key processing techniques, and brewing methods of Dancong tea
  • How to properly taste a cup of tea
  • Blind tasting: Three different grades of Dancong tea

4. 'Heart Sutra' Calligraphy

  • Introduction to calligraphy with technique demonstration
  • Explanation of 'Calligraphy Aesthetics'
  • Calligraphy experience: Writing on a paper fan
