What is Career Simulation?

Career simulation training involves creating a specific work scenario where several trainees, organized into groups, represent different organizations or individuals and play various assigned roles.

It uses computer simulations to replicate environments and events from the real or fictional world, providing players with a game that closely resembles a real-life situation. Using games for career simulation training makes the training more effective.
