Event Overview
A collaborative contemporary dance project featuring artists from Macao, Nanning, Nanchang, and Changde. Over nearly a year of interaction, the artists have chosen the classic Chinese legend of the Butterfly Lovers (Liang Zhu) as their creative framework. Each artist interprets the story through their unique understanding of dance, presenting a multi-dimensional exploration of this timeless tale.

Program Structure
The performance is divided into five distinct acts, each representing a different artistic perspective:
Power 1 – Nanning
- Music: Guzheng Pure Music Edition
- Choreographer: Huang Chunjun
- Dancers: Huang Chunjun, Wu Hao, Bin Yanping
- Concept: A dialogue across time and space with the Butterfly Lovers, exploring how narrators shape legends with their own interpretations.
Power 2 – Changde
- Music: Symphony Pure Music Edition
- Choreographer: Wu Bo
- Dancers: Guo Zhouyao, Gong Zikai
- Concept: An exploration questioning if it's all just a game.
Power 3 – Macao
- Music: Piano Pure Music Edition
- Choreographer: Hong Zhenyu
- Assistant Choreographer: Li Renfeng
- Dancers: Ma Wenqing, Zeng Zhiyong
- Concept: A reflection on the moment a curse begins, symbolized by touching the forbidden fruit.
Power 4 – Nanchang
- Music: Violin Concerto Pure Music Edition
- Choreographer: Xu Shuiliang
- Dancers: Xu Yuting, Elias Benedikt
- Concept: An interrogation of the saying 'Marriage is the tomb of love,' using the romantic tragedy of Liang Zhu to explore enduring societal themes.
5. Metamorphosis (Butterfly)
