To help parents of teenagers learn new communication patterns, skills, and methods. Explore comfortable communication styles for both parents and children to enhance or improve family relationships.
Content
- Identify factors leading to communication breakdowns and barriers between parents and children.
- Learn skills for active listening and using "I-messages."
- Understand the impact of irrational thoughts.
- Master and apply the four-step model of compassionate communication.
- Gain insight into modern youth subcultures.

Parents with adolescent children.
Workshop Details
- Dates: March 15, 22, 29 & April 12, 19, 26, 2023 (Every Wednesday)
- Time: 19:30–21:00 (1.5 hours)
- Location: 4th Floor, Mei Ju Plaza Phase II, No. 281 Avenida de Venceslau de Morais, Macao (Areia Preta Social Service Complex)
- Fee: MOP 20 per parent (Free for center members)
