Benefits of Baby Massage

Baby massage is beneficial for an infant's growth and development. It helps to strengthen the immune system and improve food intake, digestion, and absorption. Additionally, massage enhances communication between the baby and parents, helping the baby gain a sense of security, increase trust in parents, and foster a strong parent-child bond.

Workshop Outline

This workshop provides comprehensive instruction in full-body baby massage, covering the feet, abdomen, buttocks, chest, back, and face. The practical hands-on session is accompanied by explanations of essential knowledge and precautions for baby massage, including:

• Setting up the massage environment
• The five key techniques of baby massage
• Introduction to massage oils and skin sensitivity testing

A final review and assessment will be conducted for all participants at the end of the course.

Fees & Registration

• Fee: MOP 200 per person for members; MOP 100 per person for groups of two.
• Membership Note: Non-members can apply for membership when paying the registration fee. Membership is limited to Macau residents aged 18–45. The annual fee is MOP 100, waived for current undergraduate students.

1. Complete the online registration form.
2. To secure your spot, visit the New Youth Association office during business hours to pay the fee, starting from March 6 (Saturday).

   • Office Hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:30–18:30
