Overview
In modern life, busy schedules and emotional stress can easily cause distress to individuals and families, potentially harming one's physical and mental well-being. Statistics show that high levels of life stress can affect fertility. Furthermore, individuals going through menopause may experience more pronounced physical and psychological reactions and are more susceptible to menopausal syndrome.
Physical and mental health are the fuel for marital intimacy and family happiness. In light of this, the Macau Catholic Family Advisory Association will host three lectures at the Underground Hall of Our Lady of Fatima Church.
