The Macau regional competition for the ASAF Asia Student Art Festival is now open for registration!

Registration & Payment
- Entry Fee: HKD 480 per category per entry. A discount of HKD 430 per category is available for the same participant entering two or more categories.

- Individual Registration: Complete the online form and upload the payment receipt via the registration system (https://cutt.ly/ifDio1Q). Please check for the automatic email confirmation.
- Institution or Teacher Group Registration: Download and complete the group registration form (https://cutt.ly/WfDixkm), then email it along with the payment receipt to the organizing committee ([email protected]).
Competition Format

- Competition Items: Piano Solo, Strings, Woodwind, Brass, Guzheng, Jazz Drums, and other instruments.
- Scoring Range:
- Champion: 92 points or above
- 1st Runner-up: 88 – 91 points
- 2nd Runner-up: 84 – 87 points
- Merit Award: 80 – 83 points
- Participants with the same score in a group will receive the same ranking, and there may be multiple winners for the same placement.
Awards (Subject to Official Rules)
- Each age group and competition item will have one Champion, one 1st Runner-up, one 2nd Runner-up, and three Merit Award winners.
- Top three winners will receive a trophy. Merit Award winners will receive a crystal medal.
- All participants will receive a participation certificate. Participants scoring above 80 points will receive a certificate of excellence and a medal.
- Teachers of the top three winners will receive an "Outstanding Instructor" certificate.
- The institution of the Champion will receive an "Outstanding Guiding Institution" certificate.
- Institutions or teachers who recommend 8 or more students will be awarded the "Active Promotion of Music Education" trophy.
- All trophies, score sheets, and certificates will be distributed on-site.
- Top three and Merit Award winners from the Macau regional competition will qualify for the Grand Final of the ASAF Asia Student Art Festival Art Competition, held from January 22-24, 2021, at Hong Kong City Hall and Youth Square. Winners from the Macau regional and the Grand Final will be invited to perform at annual winners' concerts in Europe (e.g., London, Vienna).
About the Festival
Organized annually by the First Education Group before the Lunar New Year and co-organized by the Macau Music & Arts Exchange Association, the ASAF Asia Student Art Festival attracts music and dance enthusiasts from across Asia, providing a platform for performing arts lovers to showcase their talents and exchange ideas.
Grand Final Information
- Grand Final Dates: January 22-24, 2021
- Grand Final Venue: Hong Kong City Hall, Youth Square
- Special Grand Final Awards:
- The highest-scoring music participant in the Grand Final will receive the personalized "The Award of Supernova" crystal trophy and certificate.
- The "Supernova" award winner will be invited to perform as a guest at the opening ceremony of next year's ASAF Grand Final, EIMOC International Music Open Competition, or the Vienna Young Musicians International Music Competition - Macau Regional.
