Program Overview
City streets that blend culture and tourism are often home to many 'Art Walkers' who enhance the urban cultural atmosphere and provide diverse artistic activities. The Cultural Affairs Bureau launched the 'Art Walker Program' to gather creative individuals through street performances, providing a platform for both local and international artists to showcase their work.
