Event Overview
It's time for us to listen to the world inside children's hearts...
MindWorks Education is hosting its year-end Art Interpretation Contest, recruiting 20 lucky participants! Children will showcase their interpretation skills, imagination, expression, and creativity to compete for a brand course valued at up to MOP 2,400!
Purpose
A child's painting reflects their inner world, while their verbal description reflects their comprehension and expressive abilities. This contest puts children in the spotlight as the narrators of their own artwork, allowing them to fully express the fantastical artistic worlds in their minds. Parents will also gain a deeper understanding of their child's inner world through this process.
Event Details
- Date: Sunday, December 29, 2019
- Time: 16:30–18:30
- Target Participants: Children aged 5–12, including current art students and interested individuals.
- Venue: MindWorks Education
- Registration Fee: MOP 200
- Main Judges: Art instructors from Siyuan Education (思源教育) + Guest Judges
- Note: Each participant can have up to 2 parents join for voting.
Awards & Prizes
Three major awards will be presented:
- Most Professional Analysis
- Most Imaginative Idea
- Most Detailed Description
Prizes
- Grand Prize Winners: Will receive one term of 10 art classes (value starting from MOP 2,000) along with prizes and a certificate.
- All Participants: Any child who successfully takes the stage and interprets their artwork for at least 30 seconds will receive 4 art classes, prizes, and a certificate.
Important Notes
- Registration fees are non-refundable for absentees.
- Participants who take the stage but do not reach 30 seconds of interpretation will still receive a certificate and a course discount voucher.
- Participants must complete the registration form and submit one student photo.
- Event details and terms are subject to change based on registration response.
