A workshop series designed for young individuals interested in learning the fundamentals of sketching.
This workshop focuses on helping students master the basic techniques and concepts of sketching, improving their drawing skills through practice. The curriculum covers fundamental aspects such as composition, lines, proportion, and shading. The instructor will guide students in observation and critical thinking, cultivating their sensitivity and creativity in visual composition and expression. Students will be encouraged to practice extensively and will receive personalized guidance and feedback to support their continuous improvement and growth.
The instructor is currently a second-year Visual Arts student at the Macao Polytechnic University. With a lifelong passion for artistic creation and teaching, she has experience teaching children in summer courses and interest classes before university. She is dedicated to teaching and aims to foster a greater interest in art among her students. She enjoys sharing her sketching experiences and techniques to promote students' artistic development. She believes her experience and enthusiasm will help students make significant progress in sketching and drawing. This opportunity also serves to accumulate teaching experience for her future career.
