Important Notes
- Admission Policy:
- Children under 1 year old: Free admission.
- Children aged 1–11: Must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Individuals aged 12 and above: Must purchase an adult ticket.
- Ticket Details: Each standard ticket includes admission for 1 adult and 1 child. Up to 4 additional tickets can be purchased on-site for extra attendees.
- Booking Policy: All bookings are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Tickets must be used within the validity period; expired tickets are non-refundable.
- Safety & Queueing: For safety, queuing may be required during peak periods or public holidays. Early arrival is recommended.
- Supervision: All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. Unaccompanied children may be denied entry.
- Purchase Deadline: Tickets must be purchased at least two days in advance.
- Attire: Socks must be worn at all times. Long pants and long sleeves are recommended for using the slides.
- Prohibited Items: No eating or drinking inside the venue. Pets, dangerous items, and outside food or beverages are not allowed.
