The second session of the "Always in My Heart" parent-child picture book workshop is coming! This workshop uses a specially created children's picture book to explore the important themes of loss, gratitude, and farewell.
On life's journey, many people teach us how to love, but few teach us how to say goodbye. Often, farewells happen in an instant, and if we miss that moment, we may never get another chance. What would you do in that moment? How would you discuss it with your child? Learning how to face loss is an inevitable and crucial lesson in life. This workshop aims to teach children the meaning of cherishing and gratitude, helping them say goodbye without regrets.
"Always in My Heart" is a children's picture book created by Life Hope Macau focusing on life-and-death education. It tells the story of Bunny, a not-so-confident protagonist, who meets and forms a deep bond with Bear. When Bear suddenly disappears from Bunny's life, how does Bunny choose to cope with the feeling of loss? Parents and children are invited to participate in this workshop together. Through the picture book story and interactive games, children will learn the meaning of cherishing and gratitude, understand how to handle negative emotions when facing farewell, and learn to say goodbye.
