The "Ace Youth Volunteer Development Program" series, organized by our center, aims to cultivate a group of patriotic, responsible, caring, and dream-persevering young people. The program encourages them to contribute to the community and give back to society in their spare time. Through a series of training activities, it nurtures a cohort of contributing and responsible youth, enhancing their qualities of self-discipline and compassion, and empowering them to face challenges bravely, embodying the work philosophy of "Dare to Innovate, Dare to Take Responsibility." Simultaneously, the program helps teenagers establish correct values and outlooks on life, define their career planning, and grow healthily through three key aspects: training, participation in social services, and patriotic education exchange learning.
To deepen the understanding of the aviation industry among the "Ace Youth Volunteer Group," help young people set their aspirations, gain a clear overview of industry operations, recognize their own interests, and strengthen their career selection concepts, our center has planned to organize a visit to Macau International Airport for 20 youths aged 14-29 on the afternoon of April 13.
