The 9th Asia-Pacific Illustration and Animation Forum is set to return after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic. This forum is recognized as the most significant event in Macau's animation and comics industry. Held alongside the "Guangdong-Macau Comics Retrospective Exhibition," it aims to foster knowledge exchange and professional networking.

The forum will feature distinguished industry leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region, sharing their insights and success stories. Confirmed speakers include:

• Liao Linger, Honorary President of the Liao Bingxian Humanities and Arts Foundation.
• Zhou Jie, a renowned Chinese animation artist, curator, and Head of the Digital Media Art Department at Guangzhou University.
• Liu Wei, a France-based comic artist.
• Li Kairong, a veteran designer from Hong Kong.
• Tun Bao, Vice President of the Guizhou Animation Industry Association.
• Hei Gang, founder of Macau's Black Steel Animation Studio.
