Purpose
To encourage Macau youth to further improve their English proficiency, provide more opportunities, cultivate youth interest in learning English, and offer a platform for participants to showcase their talents. It aims to inspire personal potential while learning interpersonal skills and expanding social networks.

- Eligibility: Macau residents aged 16 to 45 holding a valid Macau Resident Identity Card.
- Entry Format: Individual or team (maximum 4 members per team).
- Competition Format: Preliminary round (elimination system) / Final round (battle system).
- Registration Fee: MOP 30 per entry.

Registration Process
Registration Period (May 31 – June 22, 2014)
- Register online via the designated website, or in person at the association office or New Tribe 2.
- Registration is confirmed upon payment.
Document Submission Period (June 23 – July 6, 2014)
- Email the following to [email protected] using the email address provided during registration:
- One passport-sized photo
- Accompaniment music for the contest song (MP3 format, live concert versions not accepted)
- Email Subject: Name + Song Title (e.g., Chan Tai Man + My Heart Will Go On)
- Late submissions will not be accepted.

Judging Criteria
Based on the contestant's vocal technique, performance style, stage presence, emotional expression, and English pronunciation.

- Second Runner-up (1): MOP 1,000 cash + trophy
- Most Standard English Pronunciation Award (1): MOP 500 cash + trophy
- Best Popularity Award (1): MOP 500 cash
- Best Stage Presence Award (1): Trophy

Contest Rules (Summary)
- Contest songs must be in English.
- Required documents and music must be submitted by the deadline.
- Song changes are generally not accepted after submission.
- Preliminary round will be recorded and performances may be uploaded to the association website.
- Vulgar songs are prohibited; the organizing committee reserves the final right on song selection.
- Judges' decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Performance order is determined by the committee or draw.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to amend the rules and holds final interpretation rights.
