The 4th International Cultural Food Festival, organized by a consortium of Macau's leading trade and industry associations, will be held from December 23, 2013, to January 11, 2014, at Macau Fisherman's Wharf.

- Scale: Approximately 120 outdoor stalls, a 25% increase from the previous edition which attracted 230,000 visitors.
- Structure: The festival is composed of three main sections:
- International Food Carnival
- Colorful Souvenir Grand Sale
- Beef Food Carnival
- Special Theme Nights: Features three discounted buffet events:
- Global Flavors Night
- French Romantic Food Night
- Japanese Cultural Food Journey
- Additional Activities:
- Roman City Christmas Beer Festival
- "Kids' Fun 2013" program, including:
- Parent-Child Workshop
- Children's Singing Competition
- Children's Photography Competition
- Cultural Feature: A "Taiwan Cultural Food Tour" with over 50 stalls from Taiwan's Shilin Night Market and Liuhe Night Market, accompanied by the Taiwanese-style "Electric Techno Nezha" performance.
Participation
- The organizers encourage local catering and food retail merchants to participate in the "International Food Carnival" and "Colorful Souvenir Grand Sale."
- Selected qualified merchants are exempt from exhibition fees.
