Event Overview
Organized by the Macao Heritage Ambassadors Association, the 3rd Macao Cultural Heritage Quiz Competition aims to enhance local students' understanding of Macao's historical relics and cultural heritage. Through this competition, participants will deepen their knowledge of Macao's cultural heritage and the Cultural Heritage Protection Law, encouraging young people to care about local heritage conservation from an early age.
Competition Details
- Target Participants: All Macao secondary school students.
- Team Format: Teams of 5 students.
- Competition Date: Saturday, May 11, 2019.
- Competition Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Registration Period: From now until March 23, 2019.
Awards & Prizes
- Awards: Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up, 3rd Runner-up, and Merit Awards.
- Prizes: Winning teams will receive generous cash prizes or gifts.
- Participation Certificate: All participating teams will receive a certificate of appreciation.
Registration Rules
- School-Based Registration: Teams must register through their schools.
- Team Limit: Each school can send a maximum of two teams.
- Preliminary Round Capacity: 24 teams.
- Selection Process: If the number of registered teams exceeds 24, a written test will be conducted to select the final 24 teams.
