The 'Dalian Cup' International Youth Fashion Design Competition, organized by the China Fashion Association and the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, is China's earliest international fashion design competition. It is renowned as the cradle and incubator for Chinese fashion designers.
