Overview
The 31st Macao Outstanding Student Exchange Tour is an annual program designed to reward and encourage outstanding students from Macao. The 2013 edition offers a six-day educational and cultural trip to Guizhou Province, providing students with firsthand experience of China's social and economic development, rich cultural heritage, and natural landscapes.

Itinerary Highlights
Participants will visit significant cultural and natural sites, including:
- Zunyi Conference Site
- Huangguoshu Waterfall
- Guiyang City
- Ethnic minority villages
Activities will include cultural exchanges and social events with local students.
Eligibility & Application
- Eligible Students: University, secondary, and college students studying in Macao.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum overall grade point average of 80.
- Conduct Requirement: Conduct grade of B or above.
- Grade Level Requirement: Students in Form 3 (Grade 9) or above.
- Application Process:
- Obtain the application form published in the Macao Daily News.
- Forms must be handwritten clearly; photocopies are not accepted.
- Submit completed forms to designated drop-off boxes.
- Selection: If applications exceed the quota, a lottery will be conducted by the organizers.

- The tour expenses for selected students are fully sponsored by the Macao Foundation.
