Green Monday guides you towards the "Green Trend on the Tip of the Tongue."

- Venue: Lecture Hall 1, 1st Floor, Wui Chi Building
- Admission: Free. Open to the public and university students.
- This is the kick-off event for the 2015 University Student Green Collar Plan.
【New Vegetarian Cooking Ideas】
Veggie Mom will prepare international cuisine on-site and share years of vegetarian experience.
- Time: 16:45–18:45
- Venue: Rooftop Garden, Block A, Chi Un Building
- Capacity: 20 people
- Fee: MOP 60 per person (includes one serving of food). Open to interested individuals aged 16 or above.
- The demonstration dish for the day will be chosen by your votes (one person, one vote). Results will be announced in early March.
- Lucky voters will be randomly selected to receive a 【Himalayan Natural Beeswax】 gift from Green Green Tribe (winners announced in early March).
