This training program aims to enhance the civic quality of youth, promote the concepts of care and inclusion, and spread the spirit of helping others. It seeks to add new volunteer forces to Macau and strengthen the continuity of volunteer work development.

Target Participants: Youth aged 13-35 Quota: 30 persons per class Training Content:

1. Definition, code of conduct, obligations and rights of volunteer work
2. Meaning and value of volunteer work
3. Responsibilities and attitudes of volunteers
4. Overview of social service/welfare organizations in Macau
5. Background and missions of service organizations
6. Introduction to service target categories
7. Self-awareness
8. Communication skills
9. Team building
10. Skills for building relationships with service targets

Training Hours: 12 hours Language: Chinese Instructor: Experienced volunteer training instructor Fee: Free Certificate: Participants with 100% attendance will receive a volunteer certificate (applicable to the DSEDJ Youth Volunteer Award Scheme)
