The "2025 Macao Biodiversity Data Science Challenge" aims to engage the public in understanding and caring for the surrounding natural world through hands-on participation, while enhancing scientific literacy and environmental awareness. Participants will experience the importance of environmental conservation through the competition process.
The challenge aligns with the global "City Nature Challenge (CNC)," contributing to biodiversity data collection efforts for Macao and the world.

- Team Challenge
Awards
- Individual & Team Challenges: Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards.
- Team Challenge: Teams ranking 4th to 10th will receive Outstanding Awards.
- Special Incentive for Individual Challenge: Students who successfully record over 100 species have a chance to receive special rewards.
- Category-specific Awards: Each species category in the Individual Challenge will have dedicated awards.
- School Award: The school with the highest total number of species recorded in the Individual Challenge will be rewarded.
