About the Competition

The Asian International Mathematical Research Association is organizing the 2025-2026 World Youth Olympic Mathematics Competition (Hong Kong & Macau Region). This event aims to discover future talent in science and technology, foster the exchange and development of mathematics education between Hong Kong, Macau, and the rest of the world, and comprehensively enhance the level of mathematics education in the region.

Objectives

• Build confidence and a spirit of exploration in mathematics among primary and secondary school students.
• Select a Hong Kong and Macau representative team to participate in the National Finals in February 2026 at the China Jiliang University.
• Since its inception in 2007, the competition has attracted millions of participants from primary and secondary schools across the globe.

Competition Philosophy

Guided by the motto "Challenge • Surpass • Boundless," the competition integrates learning with competition, using the contest to promote both teaching and learning.

• Weekly training problems These resources aim to holistically develop participants' thinking expansion and mathematical problem-solving abilities.
