Event Overview
Organized by the Sports Bureau, the "2024 Summer Sports Carnival" will be held on July 14, 2024, at the Olympic Sports Centre - Hockey Field. This event is a team-based sports competition where mixed-gender teams of five compete to complete a series of obstacle course games in the fastest time. Registration is now open via Go Out Mall.

Competition Divisions
Open Division
- Eligibility: Macau residents born between 1974 and 2009 can form teams freely.
Government Department Staff Division
- Eligibility: Employees of government departments born between 1974 and 2009 can form teams. Teams must consist of members from the same institution. Violation of this rule will lead to disqualification.

Competition Format (Applies to Both Divisions)
The competition consists of preliminary rounds (two runs), semi-finals, and finals.
- Each heat features a maximum of 4 teams.
- Teams race through a course of physical challenges, with results determined by time.
- Advancement: The top half of teams with the fastest combined time from the two preliminary runs advance to the semi-finals.
- The 5th to 10th place teams in the semi-finals receive Merit Awards.
- The top 4 teams from the semi-finals advance to the finals to compete for the championship, runner-up, third, and fourth places.
Team Composition
- Each team consists of 5 main players, with at least 1 female member required.
- A maximum of 2 substitute players can be registered.

- If fewer than 8 teams register for either division, the organizer reserves the right to cancel that division.

Important Schedule for July 14 (Sunday)
- 09:00–11:00: Venue open for team practice.
- 14:00–14:30: Team check-in and registration.
- 14:30: Official start of the event.
