The Year of the Rabbit is knocking! Come to the Art Center to unleash your creativity and bring handmade "blessings" to yourself and your loved ones through a series of festive workshops.

Workshop Details

1. 'New Year Candy Box' Miniature Model Workshop Use clay art to create a miniature model of a traditional New Year candy box.
- Date: Saturday, January 14, 2023
- Time: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Participants: Individuals aged 12 or above
- Fee: MOP 220 (includes materials and a 10cm x 10cm x 10cm display box)
- Instructor: Jacqueline Sio | Over 20 years of miniature model creation experience
2. Hand-Painted & Stamped Lunar New Year Scroll Workshop Create unique Lunar New Year scrolls with various blessings and festive patterns provided.
- Date: Saturday, January 14, 2023
- Time: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Participants: Individuals aged 15 or above; or Parent-Child pairs (1 adult + 1 child aged 6+)
- Fee: MOP 130 (includes materials, approx. 12 scrolls)

3. New Year Card Workshop – 'The Little Printer' DIY New Year greeting cards using printmaking techniques. No drawing skills required!

4. New Year Shimenawa Workshop Create a Japanese New Year's decoration, the Shimenawa, made of woven straw, symbolizing good luck and fortune.
