Volunteer Recruitment for Environmental Protection
Join the environmental volunteer team for the 21st Macau Food Festival! This initiative focuses on waste reduction and promoting proper recycling practices at the event.
Activity Details
Volunteers will be stationed next to resource waste sorting and recycling bins at the festival venue. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the public on the correct methods for sorting and recycling resource waste.
- Assisting with the statistics collection on the effectiveness of resource waste recycling.
- Helping with promotional activities at booths.
Key Information
- Activity Period: November 19 to December 5, 2021
- Location: Sai Van Lake Square, Macau
- Registration Deadline: On or before November 10, 2021
- Volunteer Certificate: An electronic certificate of volunteer hours will be issued upon completion of the activity.
Shift Schedule
- Monday to Thursday:
- Shift A: 17:00–20:30
- Shift B: 20:00–23:00
- Friday to Sunday:
- Shift A: 15:00–18:30
- Shift B: 18:00–21:30
- Shift C: 21:00–24:00
Requirements & Notes
- Dress Code: Casual and comfortable clothing. Do not wear uniforms with identifiable logos (e.g., school, company, or organization uniforms).
- Mandatory: Must attend one volunteer briefing session.
- Health & Safety: Must have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine or present a negative nucleic acid test result from within the last 7 days.
