The world is warming, and much of Africa is bearing the brunt of the adverse effects of global warming. More frequent heatwaves, droughts, floods, and crop failures are exacerbating the food crisis. Currently, 257 million people in Africa are facing hunger, accounting for 20% of the continent's population.
This year, the "Macau Famine" campaign adopts the theme "Heating Hunger" and will carry out a series of educational and fundraising activities from January to May. The aim is to raise public awareness and care for the needs of hungry children. Funds raised from this campaign will support World Vision's food security projects in three African countries—Somalia, South Sudan, and Zimbabwe—serving populations affected by natural disasters and hunger.
Actively participate in "Macau Famine" and help children affected by disasters escape desperate situations!
