Campaign Overview

To promote the reduction of plastic bag usage and encourage bringing your own eco-bags when shopping, the Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) is launching the "2018 Plastic Reduction Rewards Campaign" from now until August 31, 2018.

How to Participate

• During the campaign period, when shopping at designated merchants, do not request a plastic bag.
• You will receive a designated stamp on your receipt from the merchant. You can also proactively tell the cashier: "No plastic bag, please stamp!"
• On the stamped receipt, fill in your name, the first 4 digits of your Macau Resident ID card number, and your contact phone number.
• Drop the completed receipt into the collection boxes located at the Environmental Protection Bureau, some co-organizing units, and participating merchants to enter the lucky draw.
• The list of winners will be announced on the Environmental Protection Bureau's website in October.

Prizes

• Grand Prize (5 winners): Supermarket gift vouchers worth MOP 2,000 each.
• Second Prize (10 winners): Supermarket gift vouchers worth MOP 500 each.
• Third Prize (400 winners): Electronic stored-value cards containing MOP 100 each.
