Program Overview

An internship program for university students from Hong Kong and Macau, offering practical work experience in enterprises within the Nansha New Area of Guangzhou, combined with social practice activities on weekends.

About Nansha Free Trade Zone

Nansha is strategically located at the geographical center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is approximately 38 nautical miles from Hong Kong and 41 nautical miles from Macau. As a National New Area, a Pilot Free Trade Zone, and a National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, Nansha is vigorously advancing the construction of "One City, Three Centers." This initiative aims to develop Nansha into a high-level international city and a global hub for shipping, trade, and finance, positioning it as Guangzhou's "sub-center."

Key Details

• Application Period: From now until April 15, 2018
• Target Participants: Full-time Macau students studying at local or overseas universities, as well as prospective university students who have completed their university entrance examinations.
• Internship Dates:
  • First Period: Early June to early July 2018
  • Second Period: Mid-July to late August 2018
  • (Two periods in total, each lasting 4–6 weeks)
• Internship Location: Nansha District, Guangzhou City
• Internship Stipend: Scholarships will be awarded to outstanding interns:
  • First-class Scholarship: RMB 2,500
  • Second-class Scholarship: RMB 1,500
  • Third-class Scholarship: RMB 1,000
