To reduce resource waste and promote the message of recycling, the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) organized the 2017 Red Packet Recycling Campaign. The series of activities included the "New Life Red Packets" initiative and the "Red Packet Recycling Lucky Draw" to raise public awareness about reducing waste, cherishing resources, and reusing recycled materials. The goal is to embed this positive habit into the daily lives of every citizen.
How to Participate: Write your name (matching your ID document) and contact number on red packets that cannot be reused, and submit them to the designated collection points during office hours.
Participation Rules: To encourage active participation, there is no limit to the number of times a citizen can enter the draw. However, each citizen can only win one prize.
