The Macao Catering Industry Union Association and the Macau Institute of Management, with the support of the Macao Government Tourism Office, have specially invited industry senior consultants to share knowledge on Cantonese menus and how to write suitable menus. This aims to help the industry keep pace with the times and elevate catering standards, thereby accelerating and consolidating Macao's progress towards becoming an international tourism and leisure city.
