The Macau SAR Government announced the continuation of its Cash Sharing Scheme for the year 2017.

Key Benefits:

• Permanent Residents: MOP 9,000 per person.
• Non-Permanent Residents: MOP 5,400 per person.

Additional Financial Support Measures:

• Provident Fund Startup Contribution: MOP 10,000 will be injected into the individual account of each eligible permanent resident.
• Budget Surplus Special Allocation: An additional MOP 7,000 will be injected into residents' Provident Fund individual accounts.
• Healthcare Vouchers: Permanent residents will continue to receive MOP 600 in medical vouchers.
• Residential Electricity Subsidy: The subsidy remains at MOP 200 per month.
• Old-Age Pension: Maintained at MOP 3,450 per month.
• Seniority Allowance: Maintained at MOP 8,000 per year.

Period: The scheme was active from June 1 to September 15, 2017.
