Event Theme
"Traffic Safety Starts with Me. Must be 6 Years Old to Ride a Motorcycle."
Purpose
Through a coloring competition, allow children to showcase their drawing and creative abilities while learning about traffic regulations for riding motorcycles and increasing their awareness of traffic safety.
Target Participants
Children aged 4 to 12 residing in Macao.
Competition Groups
- Group A: 4 to 6 years old (born 2009–2011)
- Group B: 7 to 9 years old (born 2006–2008)
- Group C: 10 to 12 years old (born 2003–2005)
Competition Format
Participants must join the appropriate age group. They must color the provided A3 drawing and also create additional content in the designated space to enrich the original artwork.
Awards & Prizes
Each group will have 1 champion, 1 first runner-up, 1 second runner-up, and 5 merit awards.
- Champion: Trophy + MOP 1,000 book voucher
- First Runner-up: Trophy + MOP 800 book voucher
- Second Runner-up: Trophy + MOP 500 book voucher
- Merit Award: Trophy + MOP 200 book voucher
Participants will receive a souvenir upon submission (while supplies last).

Submission Method
- Participants must complete the form on the back of the drawing (do not write personal details on the front) and submit it with the artwork to one of the above locations.
- Submissions not meeting the requirements will not be processed. All entries are non-returnable.

Important Notes
- Each participant may submit only one entry. Duplicate entries may be removed at the organizer's discretion.
- Copyright and usage rights of winning entries belong to the organizers.
- Winning works may be used for future promotional purposes.
- No personal identification information is allowed on the artwork.
- Entries must be original; plagiarism will result in the participant bearing all related intellectual property disputes and legal responsibilities.
- All submissions are final and non-returnable, implying the participant's understanding and acceptance of these terms.
- The organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on any matters not covered in these rules.
