Event Overview
The 2015 Neighborhood Cup Badminton Competition, organized by the Macao Federation of Neighbourhood Associations (UGAMM), is a community sports event open to Macao residents. The competition features men's singles, men's doubles, women's singles, and mixed doubles categories.

Registration Information
- Registration Location: Room 401, 4th Floor, UGAMM Community Service Building (646 Avenida do General Castelo Branco)
- Eligibility:
- Macao residents (Participants must register under the name of a UGAMM-affiliated neighborhood association, center, school, or friendly organization. The registration form must bear the official stamp of that institution.)
- Players who have participated in any competition organized by the Macao Badminton Association between 2013 and 2015 are NOT eligible.
- Registration Rules:
- Men's Singles and Men's Doubles: 32 teams each.
- Women's Singles and Mixed Doubles: 16 teams each.
- First-come, first-served. Registration closes when quotas are filled.
- A category will be canceled if there are fewer than 4 registered teams.
- Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
- Registration forms can be collected from the 4th floor of the UGAMM Community Service Building, UGAMM-affiliated neighborhood associations/centers, or downloaded from the UGAMM website (http://www.ugamm.org.mo).
Competition Rules
- Each eligible participant may enter a maximum of two events. No seeding.
- All matches will follow the new international badminton rally-point scoring system.
- Format: Best-of-three games, 15 points per game. The first player/team to reach 15 points wins the game (no deuce/extra points). The first to win two games advances to the next round.
- All players must report to the venue 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
- Players who fail to appear within 5 minutes after being called by the referee will be disqualified.
- Players must present a valid Macao Resident Identity Card to the referee or competition coordinator for verification before each match.
- Players must bring their own rackets and wear appropriate sports attire (shirt and shorts). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the competition format, dates, or venue based on actual circumstances.
