Event Overview
2015 Master Gathering is a recruitment drive for university students from Macau studying in Mainland China and Taiwan. Selected participants will have the opportunity to design and teach short courses or workshops in Macau during the summer, sharing their specialized knowledge and skills.

Event Objectives
- To provide a platform for Macau students studying in Mainland China and Taiwan to teach courses based on their expertise.
- To offer Macau youth a channel to engage with society and understand the local job market and education sector.
- To help participating tutors accumulate teaching experience and develop presentation and interpersonal skills.
- To enable Macau youth to utilize their summer break to learn new, rarely promoted knowledge.
- To help Macau youth learn about the university landscape in Mainland China and Taiwan through this activity.
Key Details
- Target Participants: Macau students currently enrolled in universities in Mainland China and Taiwan.
- Application Period: From now until May 31, 2015.
- Course Dates: Between July and August 2015 (specific dates to be determined by the tutor).
- Application Method: Fill out the online application form and email it to [email protected]. The email subject must be formatted as: "名師薈報名+Name+School+Course Name".
Activity Rules
- Course Design: Applicants can propose courses/workshops on any topic and in any format. The total length should be approximately 4-8 sessions (6-16 class hours).
- Target Audience: Primary school students, secondary school students, university students, and working professionals.
- Selection Process: Courses will be reviewed and selected by the event's curriculum committee based on content uniqueness, overlap, acceptability, feasibility, and the tutor's expertise and relevant experience. Selected tutors will be notified and have their course dates coordinated by June 7, 2015.
- Teaching Guidance: The organizing committee will arrange a "Master Guidance" workshop series in July and early August, featuring speakers from Macau's education sector to teach presentation skills, course design, and methods to enhance personal charisma. All selected tutors are required to participate.
- Internship Certificate: Upon completion of the course and evaluation, tutors may apply for an internship certificate, which will be issued by the association and a licensed Macau educational institution.
- Internship Allowance: An allowance will be provided based on the course's total hours and design quality. Details will be provided in a separate notice.
