Animation and comics, as key components of the cultural and creative industries, are beloved by the public worldwide. In Macau, they carry the important mission of promoting diversified economic development and receive high attention and support from both the SAR government and community organizations.

The Macau Animation & Comics Alliance is set to host the 2015 Macau Animation & Comics Expo from July 3 to 5, 2015, at The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel's Cotai Expo Hall D. This expo will be the largest and highest-caliber event of its kind ever held in Macau. It aims to comprehensively and systematically showcase and introduce local Macau animation and comic works and related merchandise. The event will also extensively invite overseas exhibitors and industry professionals to participate, bringing in a wealth of international animation and comics information. This creates an excellent opportunity for local creators to connect and exchange ideas with the outside world, fostering valuable networks. Furthermore, the expo seeks to enhance public understanding and awareness of animation and comic art and its market development trends, thereby driving the industry forward.
