Macao Cultural and Creative Industries Subsidy Series

To implement the Macao SAR Government's policy of promoting the development of cultural and creative industries, the Cultural Affairs Bureau has established the "Cultural and Creative Industries Subsidy Series." Through a series of targeted subsidy and support measures, the scheme aims to nurture and cultivate local cultural and creative talents, incubate promising cultural and creative products, promote Macao's cultural and creative brands, and foster the growth of the local cultural and creative industry.

About the 2014 Fashion Design Scheme

• Objective: To continue supporting the local fashion design sector following a positive response in the previous year.
• Grant Details: Selected applicants can receive a maximum subsidy of MOP 150,000.
• Grant Purpose: The subsidy is to be used for sample production of the selected work, promotional material production, and registration for exhibitions.
• Quota: A maximum of eight individuals or groups will be selected.
• Application Period: June 24 to August 22, 2014.
