Program Overview
"Life and Hope - Human Values Exploration Series" is a program designed to recruit 100 socially-minded young people to participate in a series of activities. The core message is "the world is ever-changing, happiness is not guaranteed." Through organizing and planning activities, participants learn to cherish life, seize the future, and embody humanistic values. The program consists of four parts. After completing activities one to three, the association will select outstanding participants for the fourth activity: a visit to Cambodia.
Objectives
- Enhance young people's life values and experience life through practical activities.
- Promote environmental protection through a series of eco-activities, teaching youth to cherish Earth's resources and save energy.
- Encourage local youth to connect with the world through cross-border visits, broadening their horizons and experiencing different cultures.
Target Participants
- Macau youth aged 18 to 35.
Activity Schedule
- Activity 1: Hope Ambassador Launch Ceremony (Date: February 23, Location: To be confirmed)
- Activity 2: Social Service - Everyone Participates

- Environmental Promotion Day - Resource Recycling (Date: Early April, Location: Various districts in Macau)

- Social Service by You (Organized and planned by participants, Date: Mid-April to Mid-May)
- Activity 3: Igniting Hope - Human Exploration Workshop (Date: Late May, Location: To be confirmed)
- Activity 4: Cambodia Visit and Experience Action (Date: Mid-August, To be confirmed)
- Selected outstanding "Youth Hope Ambassadors" will visit Cambodia to help build houses for the local poor, experience their daily life, and visit the "World Cultural Heritage - Angkor Wat Ruins." Participants are required to pay approximately HKD 3,000 for the Cambodia visit (excluding visa and airport taxes).
Registration & Fees
- Registration Location: Macau Community Youth Volunteer Development Association (Palace Building 2D, 50 Avenida de Horta e Costa)
- Registration Procedure: Submit completed application form with fees to the association. (If applications exceed the quota, the organizer will conduct a selection process.)
- Fees:
- Members: MOP 50
- Non-members: MOP 150
- Deposit: MOP 200 (Refundable upon completion of Activities 1 to 3)
