Special Theme & Rules

Submissions using the "Macau Comic Festival 9 (MCF9)" theme during June and July will be subject to the following special terms:

Submissions from outside the Macau region are accepted.
The passing score for winning is lowered to 14 points.
If an entry is selected by the organizers for promotional use (e.g., on posters or event booklets), the creator will receive extra rewards in addition to the prize money (specific details to be announced later).
If a sufficient number of submissions are received, they may be compiled and printed as a commemorative publication.
