Food, Food, Glorious Food

In the bustling campus life, students of the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) in Macau regularly apply their knowledge by organizing meaningful activities. This month, they present two charitable events celebrating food, community, and conscious consumption. All net profits will be donated to Orbis Macau.

Event Schedule

• First Event: 1st Christmas Food & Beverage Charity Exhibition

  • Date: November 21, 2014
  • Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Location: Amphitheatre, Institute for Tourism Studies
  • Highlights: Booths featuring a great variety of products for sale, alongside amazing live performances to liven up the proceedings. An event that combines festive joy with social responsibility.

• Second Event: 5th Macau Slow Food Awards and Gala Dinner

  • Date: November 28, 2014
  • Time: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Location: Educational Restaurant, Institute for Tourism Studies
  • Highlights: A memorable night of elaborately prepared delicacies, spectacular entertainment, and information about the Slow Food movement. Gathers awardees, sponsors, media, and local citizens to support the "good, clean, and fair" food ethos.
