The 17th Macau Food Festival invites over 150 famous and unique food and beverage merchants to participate, showcasing Macau's unique and diverse culinary culture. This year's festival, themed "Discover New Culinary Ideas," incorporates elements of a "Gastronomic Voyage," inviting citizens and tourists to explore more novel and interesting dining and culinary creativity from local traditional cuisine. Furthermore, a large contingent of 26 renowned Japanese food and beverage merchants will be organized to come to Macau, transforming the lower level of Sai Van Lake Square into a distinctive "Japan Village." The festival site will also feature theme nights, traditional Japanese performances, and booth games to liven up the atmosphere.
