15th Macao English Speech Contest
The 15th Macao English Speech Contest, organized by the Macao Polytechnic Institute, is now open for registration. This prestigious competition aims to promote English language proficiency and public speaking skills among students and the general public in Macao.

Competition Format
- Preliminary Round: Participants compete to advance to the finals.
- Final Round: Finalists compete for championship titles and awards.
Selection Process
- Preliminary Round: Each group selects 10 finalists.
- Finalists Selection: 8 highest-scoring participants from all competing schools, plus *2 participants from Chinese-medium schools.
- Note: The organizing committee reserves the right to determine the final number of finalists (e.g., in case of tied scores, ranking will be based on the Q&A section score).
Final Round
- Procedure: Finalists' competition order is determined by lottery draw.
- Awards: Champion, First Runner-up, Second Runner-up, and other awards are selected in each group.
Note: *Applicable only to Primary School (Lower & Upper), Junior Secondary, and Senior Secondary groups.
