Overview
The 'Macao Student Office Software Skills Competition' and the 'Macao Tertiary Student Multimedia Design Software Skills Competition', organized by the Macao Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM), have been highly popular among students. The competitions have been held for fourteen and ten years respectively, attracting enthusiastic participation each year with an average of over 300 student registrants. Through these events, more than 1,600 students have successfully obtained professional certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Adobe Certified Professional (ACP). The center will continue to host both competitions in March, aiming to foster young people's interest in learning software skills and encourage them to obtain relevant professional certifications.
Competition Details
- Target Participants: Macao tertiary students aged 15 to 22.
- Competition Format: Evaluation is based on poster design skills and the ACP professional certification exam.
- Benefits for Qualifiers: Students who successfully enter the selection round can participate for free in intensive training classes provided by the center and take the MOS or ACP professional certification exam once.
- Prizes: Winners of each competition will receive a commemorative certificate and a cash prize. They also have the opportunity to be recommended by the center to represent Macao in global competitions and compete with participants from around the world.
