Program Purpose

To cultivate diverse talents, enhance the entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities of Macao's youth, provide experience in career planning, improve students' foundational skills in entrepreneurship and innovation, encourage young people to think and plan for their personal development, maintain competitiveness, and achieve upward mobility.

Program Content

This program aims to help young people and students understand the core concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation, thereby developing meta-learning abilities, broadening their horizons, and encouraging them to contemplate their future development directions. The course invites experts and scholars to teach various specialized topics, as well as young entrepreneurs to analyze the current business environment in Macao, enabling participants to learn and understand the theories and experiences of entrepreneurship and innovation.

The program is conducted in three phases: "Dream-Seeking Chapter," "Growth Chapter," and "Dream-Chasing Chapter." It is carried out in an integrated five-in-one format of "key promotion + training + exchange visits + competitions and exhibitions + business incubation."

Advanced Training Details

• Dates: June to July 2018
• Duration: 21 hours
• Target Participants: Priority given to youths and students who have obtained the "Basic Training" certificate, as well as students aged 15-29 studying business-related subjects and young startup entrepreneurs.
• Quota: 3 classes, 25 participants per class
• Format: Theoretical instruction, scenario simulation, case discussions, data analysis, business plan development, practical experience sharing

Part 1: Business Plan Workshop (18 hours)

Part 2: Practical Experience Sharing Session (3 hours)

• Guest speakers will interact with participants, sharing fundraising experiences/strategies for startups and knowledge of entrepreneurship-related laws.
• Date: July 8, 2018 (Sunday), 14:30–17:30

Training Certificate

• Participants with over 80% attendance in Part 1 and who participate in the Part 2 sharing session will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Macao Productivity and Technology Transfer Center.
• Participants with over 80% attendance in Part 1 but who do not participate in Part 2 will receive an Attendance Certificate only.

Program Eligibility

The combined Basic and Advanced Training of the "Dream-Seeking Chapter" totals 42 instructional hours and meets the eligibility criteria for entrepreneurship training under the Macao SAR Government's Youth Entrepreneurship Aid Scheme.
