Program Overview

The Young Workers Project Planner Leadership Training Program 2018, organized by the Workers' Union Youth Centre, is a series of courses designed to cultivate young talent in event planning and leadership. The program aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge and qualities needed for planning youth activities, enhancing their event planning and leadership capabilities.

Course Structure

The program consists of two main components:

• Adventure-Based Low-Structure Techniques and Level 1 Coach Certificate Course
• Event Planning Workshop

Target Audience & Benefits

• Target Audience: Priority is given to young people aged 16–29 who are interested in event planning.
• Certification: Upon successful completion of all courses and assessments, participants will receive two course certificates and a Level 1 Coach License.
