Organized by the Young Managers Club under the Macau Management Association and title-sponsored by ICBC Macau, the "YMC-2024 ICBC Business Management Elite Training Program" is now open for applications. This training program will adopt various formats including sharing sessions, workshops, and external visits, closely following the latest social development trends. Through diverse themes and teaching content, it aims to help participants achieve "clarity of goals" and "executability of strategies." Practical management frameworks will be used to enhance synergy among team members, fully leverage management leverage, improve decision-making capabilities, foster self-development, and discover leadership potential.

Participants with an attendance rate of 80% or above will receive a training certificate issued by the association upon completion of the program.
